Shipping costs

We take flat rate shipping costs regardless of how much was ordered.

  • Shipping with Shipment ID : 3,99 Euro
  • Shipping with Tracking ID : 14,99 Euro

The shipping costs are a flat rate. It includes packaging materials and postage.

We cannot make deliveries to Packstations through letter dispatch. Should you nevertheless indicate these, we do not assume any liability.

What means Shipment ID:

The Shipment ID only declares that the shipment has taken place. A freight tracking is not possible.

Tracking ID:

This is where the shipping is documented. You can track exactly where your shipment is at the moment.

Delivery times within Sweden are usually 1-4 working days.
Within Europe 4-16 working days. (Depending on the carrier of the respective country) We take over the shipping information from Post Nord.

The delivery times have nothing to do with the production times.

We reserve the right to a production time of up to 7 working days, depending on the size of the respective order - for longer production times the customer will be informed in advance. This can occur with large order quantities. Normally, however, the order placed by you will be dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days.


The dispatch is from Monday to Friday by the Post North
. We do not count public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays in the dispatch times.

Our "shipping costs" are flat rate costs. They include postage as well as packaging costs and are thus calculated including moms / VAT.

Please consider that we do not make any deadline deliveries.

Important notice from PostNord:

Many countries have opened their borders again, but there is still a lack of transport capacity worldwide.

This can lead to delays in shipments.

Many countries may have different capacities for domestic transport. In many places more people are on sick leave than under normal circumstances. It may therefore take longer than usual to transport and deliver shipments, even if they are sent from Sweden on time.

Mail dispatch:

We do not send unsolicited mails to our customers.

You will only receive an order confirmation, which is sent automatically by the system. There you will find all necessary information about your order.

We currently do not send a shipping confirmation. However, you can check the status of your order in your customer account.

Please log in with your e-mail address and password.

If you do not have a customer account, you can either ask us questions by contact, or you can have us convert your guest account into a customer account.

Complaints:

Complaints must be made within the first day after receipt / delivery of the goods.
Please send us a photo so that we can see exactly what could have gone wrong.

Complaints include wrongly delivered colours or motifs. Please do not complain about the little bird that should be included as a so-called test iron. It is not a reason for complaint if the so-called test iron is missing - it is only an addition and is not part of the delivery contract.

If you do not provide any colour specifications, especially for the sales platform formerly Dawanda, we will determine the colours at our own discretion. As a rule, the one shown on the article picture will be delivered. If you are not satisfied with the choice of colour, this is no reason for complaint.

As a reason for complaint, we do not accept the shipping times. These are so called estimated values of the sender, which we take over, these can be different depending on country and delivery company.
